"Resort focused on locals. Some staff don’t even speak English. Rooms are dated with broken furniture. Bathroom with faulty toilets and gunk in the shower glass. Food s not bad but repetitive and boring. Specialty restaurants food is mediocre with premium to visit tepanyaky and steak. Pool music is based on small groups that bring their own boombox and it becomes very noise and annoying. Beach is rough with a step made which can be dangerous for kids specially. We rented a vehicle to go visit sites around. The rental comes with surprise extra insurance to be paid at the time you pick up your car, and cannot be avoided according to local laws.
