"I have no idea how the property is. I made a reservation, but had to cancel due to a last minute issue that came up. I gave property 2+ weeks notice of the cancellation so that they can find someone else. Instead, they refused to try and find anyone else during that time and decided not to refund my booking!! This was during high season and they could've easily found someone else to take my time. Instead, they decided not to bother and just keep my payment. This is terrible customer...

"We stayed at Corozon del Rio for 7 nights with 3 of our adult children. The rooms were really nice and the open air kitchen/dining/living area was amazing. There were a lot of staples (oil, some spices etc) in the pantry which helped because we made most of our own meals while we were there. Everything we needed was there for cooking. "The absolutely lap of luxury located at the top of the world. Most breathtaking views in Costa Rica! You are perched in the middle of the rainforest overlooking the ocean on one side and mountains on the other. The rooms are clean and luxurious, the food and drinks are amazing and we can’t say enough about the warmth and care of the staff. Best massage I ever had was here. "
