Amenities in the hotel room are basic, but clean and work. The buffet style breakfast and dinners are included in the half board option- we used the breakfast and dinner daily. Pools and the sun deck are stunning and well maintained. "

"Fantastic stay with great value for money and stunning views of Mt. Teide. The staff were welcoming and professional, and the food was outstanding—especially the poke bowl! The evening entertainment was a highlight of our visit. Parking was a bit limited, but it was an easy walk to Puerto de la Cruz, so it wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel was amazing , all the staff were very friendly and professional, very helpful, every single staff member were smiling all the time, even when they had worked a lot of hours, nothing was to much trouble for them, right across the board, restaurants staff, bar staff house keeping staff , entertainment staff, all of them an amazing team that made our hoilday perfect . It was our first time going to a Riu hotel and we will certainly be going back, I work in hospitality so I know how hard it is , and I could tell that the staff all mix in together brilliant and thank you for an amazing time with entertainment every night perfect . Another big plus is the convenient location; there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to travel anywhere you need.
