"loved the bar and restaurant"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"Great location for theatres."

"Staff was very helpful, attentive and kind. Clean room. Small but perfect for two!"

"Propiedad vieja, con AC que no enfría, sin frigobar en la habitación, baños viejos con fallas en las cerámicas y espejos a pesar de haber sido renovados en algún momento. "The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"이 가격에 이 정도면 뉴욕에서 만족합니다. 시설만 조금 업그레이드 한다면 보다만족 할 듯합니다 위치면에서는 최고입니다"

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was listed as a budget hotel and felt that vibe. The chairs by the elevator were stained and dirty. The elevators were very small and slow. The bathroom amenities were sparse. We had one washcloth and two towels. The overall stay was fine. The A/C worked well but was very loud every...
