"This home is stunning and so convenient to the beach, restaurants, shops and the mainland. The host, Michael, has been thoughtful providing everything a guest would need for their vacation. Having a beach wagon, chairs, cooler, towels and umbrella was so appreciated and saved room in our vehicle for other things. We loved grilling on the ground level and watching the pelicans and fish. "We booked this trip for my birthday. The resort is under construction. We were Not notified, even though they claimed it was on the webpage. The noise was awful, demolition drill awful at 7:30 am. And they said it will go on untill May 2025. Checking instructions were not very specific. The unit was not very clean. There was trash under beds and not cleaned dishes. The pool and beach acces were blocked the first two days of our vacation. They opened it after we complained."

"This condo is very expensive for the quality received! The router for the internet is in another condo unit and works poorly! The whole condo needs updating! The dryer worked poorly on arrival and we had to perform some maintenance on it to get it to work correctly! Shower doors need to be replaced!"
