"So comfortable! Lovely room, the bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels, and toiletries. I will definitely be coming back. The shuttle to Ravinia was so convenient and the driver was so courteous! My weekend was excellent and it all started with my stay in renaissance Hotel! Thank you!"

"The check in was quick and friendly as for the room it was clean and quiet wasn't able to hear others in adjacent rooms, although the bed was too firm for me wasn't able to sleep well due to the firmest of the bed other than that my stay was okay. "

"Positives: Room was in good order, we had clean towels, clean sheets, plenty of pillows. Shower pressure was great, plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed, chairs and couch. Breakfast was good. Needs work: We only had enough towels for 3, so had to ask for an extra set. Also needed extra blanket. Couldnt figure out how fan in bathroom worked and also no silverware in unit. Breakfast was carb and protein heavy, not enough greens or other vegetables. "

"The hotel is well located. The staff was friendly. The rooms were comfortable. It faces a little creek but the garden needs maintenance, it was hard to walk because many branches were in the middle of the path. In the parking lot there were a lot of empty water bottles and cups on the grounds."

"very clean"

"Our stay was pretty good, except there was dead ladybugs all over the balcony and inside the door. The wifi was terrible, .8 of a megabyte was the highest we saw. The room had damage to furniture and was, the closet door was just hanging with a broken track. The pool had someone's wig hair chunks floating in it and some food that wasn't cleaned up. There would be water hoses in the pool and in the jacuzzi left on the it would over fill the jacuzzi and it was ice cold and same with the pool....
