"Room was newly refurbished and design choices were not useful: a pillar in front of the TV for example and curtains which were not intuitive to find to close. We were also up sold to a superior king room and actually only had 2 twin beds. We complained ans received a refund."

"was a bit disappointed. Good WiFi. Small room. Got overcharged multiple times by the staff at the bar. Ordered the same thing and it was charged multiple dollars higher everytime. $12 for a shot of vodka is legit robbery ! Next day. I got a drink at the bar around 1:45pm as well as two other people and was asking for another one and was told that the bar wasn’t open until 4pm. It was literally open prior to. Lmao. Wish I would have stayed somewhere else but I got this off TikTok. I’m so stupid I paid 20 plus for a long island ice tea that taste like juice. 17 dollars for a whisky sour that wasn’t even half way to the top. This is straight robbery. This bar robbed me. They thought I wouldn’t noticed. Everytime I would order a drink , they would add a dolllar and some change. I purposely ordered the same drink, just to see. And they charged me more everytime: please DO NOT AND IF YOU DO ORDER FROM THEM!! Check ya bank statements . I am a well travel person and all I can think about was wow, wow , wow , wow. They really are robbing people. Room was ok. Medium temperature. Small. Livable. No issues. Sauna was ok. Didn’t attend the pool. I would personally skip this hotel or even the city. Lastly. Hats off the chef. Every time it was delicious. The front staff were awesome. That’s why I won’t rate it low. Customer service is a must. "

"Decent room and beds were comfortable. Well kitted out kitchen area. For some reason we were placed in an accessibility room, right opposite the lift doors meaning there was noise from those other guest who have no concept of quiet along with the thud as luggage was wheeled out of the lift at 1am Most nights. Also be warned, the room will not be accessible until 45 mins before your stated arrival time. If you’ve never travelled to the hotel and can’t be sure on travel times to the accommodation this could mean a frustrating wait before you can get in to the room. Annoying after a day of travelling. Also, no room to store toiletries in the bathroom ! And the tv does not face the beds meaning it’s a bit pointless. Overall an enjoyably stay but the automated way in which the arrival process worked made the whole experience feel quite soulless. Also, dishwasher broke mid visit and if you plan to use the sauna and are male and female, the bookings are staggered. If you want to book it for a private session it’s a pricey. You’re better off heading out and using a public one."
