"The hotel is in a great location. Just a 5 minute walk to Petite France and 10 minutes from the train station. The staff was excellent and made many great recommendations. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of selections."

The staff was non-existent and unapproachable at times, even for basic questions. It’s a great budget option, but do manage your expectations!"

"Staff were very friendly, accommodating, and available to help. The drinks (tea, coffee, water) available throughout the day were a nice perk. We were also able to store our luggage until we were ready to leave, which was quite convenient. Location was ideal, close to the train station, tram stops, and sites to see (la Petite France, la Place Kléber). They will also call you a taxi if you need one. Would definitely stay again!"

"Front desk was nice and friendly. We also love the in room mini bar was awesome and the room was clean and spacious. The photos online doesn't do this hotel justice cause it's a modern and hotel with cool decors and amazing location. I would honestly come back here if I ever get the chance to visit again."
