"Room was clean and spacious. Very nice bathroom and the room was quiet and comfortable. Having the washing machine and small kitchen facilities was a great idea. Easy walking distance to major interest points. Breakfast was fine. The staff professional and friendly and went out of their way to asst with any questions or problems. Would highly recommend "

"From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the bright and pleasant staff, the stylish modern design, fragrance and ambience, you think, this is a well managed hotel and I know I’m really going to enjoy my stay here. Must be one of the best hotels is Kanazawa, surely? Great Onsen, delicious breakfast offerings, well appointed rooms. Faultless!"

"We had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Centric Kanazawa, service throughout the hotel was superb and the room value was great, size and amenities aplenty. Located very conveniently to the Kanazawa Shinkansen station. Very happily stay here again. Thank you. "
