"The pictures looked better than the actual property. We stayed overnight on the 9th floor before our big flight home and I was disappointed at how dated the rooms and 11th floor restaurants in that tower were (straight out of the 1980s!). The hallways were dark and musty, too. The cafe and breakfast area on the first floor have been renovated so it’s bright and nice to eat in. If you have children, the pool is outdoors so it’s not open until July. The shuttle bus service is nice so you can get...

"Property close to the airport which was perfect to crash on our first day and get settled on jet lag. There was a shuttle from the airport so that was great too. Lobby was clean and a kombini was available with decent options. Room was quite dated though and we saw a little bit of mold in the bathroom. It felt clean at least."

"Nice hotel, but a little dated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with regular local and western options. Bus was okay, but only every 40 minutes, so if you just miss it, like i did, it is a bit of a wait. And the bus will run exactly on time, no flexibility. I was 20m away waving at it, and it wouldn’t wait. Not a big issue, but be on time."
