"From the moment we arrived at Hula Hula, the staff were exceptional. Checking in/out was smooth, rooms well cleaned and stocked, pool always clean, and the staff always attentive, polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a varied selection and the pool food was great. The location of the hotel is always great, close by to great restaurants and amenities and easy to get Grabs or transport to and from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"This is a hidden gem in Ao Nang. The hotel is located in a quieter area but is still close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The staff at the hotel was the most helpful, thoughtful, and curteous. Fern went above and beyond in helping us book a private tour last minute and checked in on us after the tour.
