"The room was a small cell! The hair dryer was a toy. The mini refrigerator was on an angle since the cord couldn’t reach the wall otherwise. But the biggest issue was the A/C didn’t work and the room was uncomfortably hot— and although the window opened it was really really noisy outside late into the night."
"We stayed here for one night. Check-in is set for 3pm, though we arrived significantly earlier. I had messaged an hour prior to our arrival asking if we could arrange for an early check-in, but I did not receive a response. However, when we did arrive, I ask the gentleman at the front desk if we could do an early check-in, and while the room we had booked was not yet ready, he was kind enough to offer us an alternate room with 2 twin beds. We accepted.
We found the room to be small but clean....
" الموقع رائع جدا لكن لم يكن هناك احد يساعد في حمل الحقائب في الاستقبال او عند المغادرة .. كذلك لماذا سحب مبلغ تأمين وعدم ارجاعه عند المغادره وايضاً ضريبه المدينة علما ان الفندق بعيد عن مركز المدينة والتسوق .."
"The staff were welcoming , breakfast is good , clean room but in the middle of the night when o went to use the toilet, there's a bug crawling on the floor I just have to kill it ,"
"Lovely hotel in nice location. The staff were super friendly and the food and drinks were nice.
Great hotel for a stay in Winterthur - close to station."
"Clean room but we were charged for a breakfast that was not available. I have asked this to be refunded on Sepember 12th, but it is still outstanding. Be careful with this host."
"Not only the hotel is in pristine physical conditions, more impressive and important is the personalized tailored service provided at all times by the entire staff, especially Brigette and Isaac. Kudos!
Highly recommended!"
