"My bottle of shower gel wasn’t enough to last for my 3 days of staying and no refills were provided when they cleaned my room. When i called the reception they said they don’t have any shower gel? Feel like this shouldn’t happen for a 4 stars hotel. But other than that the hotel feels very new and clean. Kudos for the lady who helped me with the luggage storage on the first day and the very friendly lady in the breakfast area"
