"First stay here, and we will definitely back. Gorgeous hotel, and we loved our room with a balcony, overlooking the Promenade. It was a perfect stay. Lovely clean, well equipped room. Never turned the TV on (who needs to, with that view), so cant comment on that. All the staff we encountered were all lovely. 5 stars 🌟 "

"Had a nice stay. The Hotel is a little on the dated side but this was to be expected due to the age of the building. The room was very hot and the small fan provided a little inadequate. It was rather noisy too at times. Overall we would stay there again all things considered "

"First time staying at this hotel, chosen after reading other reviews and were not disappointed. Only difficulty is parking but we found on street parking fairly close. Our room was at the rear of hotel accessed by a lift. The room was clean and fresh and always nice and warm. Breakfast was served between 8am and 10am. Good choice on the menu served in the restaurant which was lovely. Wouldnt hesitate to book again as the hotel is in a lovely spot and convenient for all Llandudno has to offer."

"Location is nestled in the forest. Great shops and dining options. Easy to hike to Swallow Falls and drive to other villages. "

"The property is old. It shows it's age in the lack of a lift, and air squeezing thru the windows, but the age is it's charm. It's an old pub with rooms above & I loved it. The dining room has lovely views out onto the garden areas and selections wide and delicious"

"Great location on promenade. Good for the local concert hall and only 15 mins or so walk to pier but very close to lots of restaurants one street back. Very clean and comfy and staff friendly. En-suite in standard room was petite so bear that in mind; and there is currently building work (which has to happen) but again be mindful especially if you book see view room. Scaffolding outside window. "
