"The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026. "

"Tsanteleina is very comfortable, clean, the staff is extremely helpful and responsive, the breakfast was excellent, the spa was exceptional. The hotel is so close to ski lifts and restaurants and shopping and bus stops it’s very convenient."

"I stayed for 3 days and climbed to water fall near to hotel. many wild flower surrouned this hotel. and has a souna with bath room separatley. Hotel restaurant also very good food with nice atomosphere. very clean in room and kind all staffs. fanstastic breakfast. Big parking lots. can see snow on peak of mountain from room. too good."

"Staff was very helpful, location is ideal. But, can't figure out why a bed too large for the room is shoe-horned in, with a small counter-table located so it is almost impossible to get around bed to rest of room. "
