"Friendly staff, clean room"

"Checked into a room that was supposed to be clean and ready. The staff made the bed and left everything not clean. When the bed was turned down there was dirt in the bed. Room Service Manager Cole was excellent in representing the company. Found us an acceptable room and was so so clean but acceptable. The Resturant was amazing and we enjoyed our company and excellent meal. Staff were extremely accommodating. Thank you Cole for the console gesture"

"Our room and the check-in area were very clean and the staff was friendly. We had a lovely view of the harbor, the Bluenose II, and the horse drawn carriages on Bluenose Drive from an enclosed sunroom off our bedroom. Very pleasant and many good restaurants, shops, and the waterfront within easy walking distance."
