"We had an absolutely awesome stay at Fountain Mahabaleshwar! The hospitality was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. We were also invited to join the evening tea, a lovely gesture that made us feel truly valued and well taken care of.
The service, ambience, and overall experience were excellent. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended!"

Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. My sister had to have her room changed because their toilet was broken and the sink wasn't clean when they checked in. The newer rooms seem to be much better.

"Centrally Located though room rate is too expensive.
I don't think it's worth paying more than Rs. 5,000 a night including breakfast and all the taxes.
Food is excellent in Hotel. Breakfast and lunch and dinner was excellent and worth paying every penny"

Well maintained garden with colorful landscapes compliments scenic Mountain View. Food is tasty and service is excellent. Live music during dinner under the stars was just perfect. Ganesh, Ramesh, Rina.. Thank you for your hospitality. Special thanks for finding lost earring that was quite valuable!
