"Woke up in the middle of the night very itchy, did not know why, next day I had a rash, so I thought, got home and went to doctors and was determined that I had bedbug bites, that is disgusting, to stay in a pricey hotel and have bedbug bites all over, that means they do not clean and sanitize correctly.

"The hotel was very stately inside and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are a little older - there was dirt around the AC duct and staining on the wall below. The room was quite warm and the thermostat was locked down so we couldn’t turn on the AC. We did pop the windows , so in the end we had a comfy sleep :)."
"Hotel is close to the train station which was important for me. The food was mediocre and wine portions were small but costs were high. The breakfasts, not included, were expensive. I could open a window which was nice and also quiet during the night. One man at the front desk was not helpful finding a restaurant our first night here. But the other attendants, almost all women, were helpful. For a single woman, the restaurant was a convenience for dinner."
"Great hotel in a very good location (15 min walk to City center.) Very comfortable room with attentive staff. Had issue 1st night and Emiliano was above and beyond excellent in resolving the issue in the middle of the night. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
