"Amazing! Can’t fault anything. Rooms have recently been refurbished and are very clean and spacious. Simple but sufficient. We even had a spa bath in our superior king room. Staff were first class! Customer service wonderful! Propeller restaurant is an absolute must - beautifully designed and modern and our meal was better than some meals I’ve had in five star restaurants. Would highly recommend a stay here. Thanks so much. "

"Had a one night stay following a trip to Hobbiton movie set. Stayed in chalet Frodo which is only a 10-15 min drive from Hobbiton.The chalet is very clean and well appointed. While quite compact it had everything the two of us required for an overnight stay. We had dinner at Osteria restaurant in the main centre which is only a 3 min drive away. Thoroughly recommend Osteria for quality of food, portion size , atmosphere and price"

"Absolutely delightful couple that run this lodge. Rooms large and spacious and view to die for. Gardens were beautifully maintained as well Great breakfast too. They helped us with local attractions and restaurants Thank you, we had a wonderful time."
