"We stayed 4 nights - our room was never cleaned or looked at in that time, the bins weren’t emptied at all. The black slime/dirt around the bath and sink left a lot to be desired and the masking tape over the bathroom door remained until we left. The staff were inefficient, the service was poor, the bar and meals were very expensive and were not worth what we paid and the menu was limited. The bar ran out of draught apple cider and estrella, on Friday the draught cider was still not...
"A fabulous stay for our 25th wedding anniversary. A lovely room. Some lovely cocktails and meals in the restaurant . Highlight was the view from our triple aspect bay window."
"Amazing location. The beach is on your doorstep. Really friendly staff on arrival. Not so great in the bar and at breakfast. Didn’t have the same personal feeling / vibe for everyone . Could not fault the view or the area surrounding the hotel. Really enjoyed going across the water on the chain ferry.

"Fabulous modern Miami themed hotel the beds are super comfortable and Aircon which is very much needed this weekend. The staff was so friendly and helpful proper service with a smile and all very engaging. Fabulous view of the sea and a gorgeous pool.
My only criticism was filling the kettle in the modern sink difficult !"
"Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet über die Rezeption, zum Restaurants und den Zimmern. Das Frühstück ist in Buffettform und bietet viel Auswahl.
Leider hat der Service des Hotels noch ein bisschen Nachholbedarf. Beim Einchecken wurde vergessen bei uns das Zimmer für 4 Personen vorzubereiten. Im Restaurant wurden die Getränke und der Salat nicht serviert und der Swimmingpool kostet 30 Pfund extra und die Kinder durften es nur eine Stunde benutzen."
