"Owner is an amazing guy. This was our 2nd stay and he is always so friendly. The room was clean, and comfortable. The restaurant also has great food. We will be staying there everytime we pass through."

"The property offered ample space and looked exactly like the pictures online! We so appreciate the golf cart that was available to use along with the beach chairs/umbrella, kids toys, and outdoor games. The house was very clean - the only thing we noticed was the coffee maker was not clean when we arrived (there were still grinds in the coffee maker). There are a few improvements that could be suggested to improve the guest experience - - Beach towels for guests to use - Hooks in the laundry...

"Overall this was a great condo. The view was great. We even woke up to dolphins playing which we could see from our balcony. The walk to the beach is just steps away. However, when we got to the condo, after about 5 minutes, we noticed the bottoms of our feet were completely black! The floors were filthy. There was also very very low water pressure in the showers. We did contact customer service at one point because the people in the next condo were forever smoking weed and it was filtering...

"Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "

"Awesome view, modern condo just enough for a group of 4 to 6. Spacious family room with great view of the ocean. Parking in the deck is super close regardless of your floor. Great customer service."
