The Emerald Grande is in the perfect location! Everything we wanted was just steps away—from restaurants and shopping to the harbor and entertainment. The convenience made our stay even more enjoyable because we could easily walk to so many attractions. The views were beautiful, the property was well maintained, and the location truly can’t be beat. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again."

"Great private spaces to enjoy when traveling with multiple couples, each bedroom had private baths. Loved the private balconies with gorgeous views. Had some issues with the bbq since all of our meal plans required it was a bit of an inconvenience. No igniter switch and barely a half tank of propane so we ran out quickly. The walk to the beach was really tough since the private beach area forces you to go all the way to the end. That got old fast. No swimming pool or use of one was the only real negative for us overall. And the parking was very limited."

"Must start with amazing view! Just what the doctor needed! From daybreak viewing of charter boats and such leaving the harbor, all day boat activities and beautiful view of the sand and sea, to a beautiful sunset and breeze! Condo was clean and just as pictured on site. Only downside was that it is THREE flights of stairs to get to condo and that is NOT mentioned in description. It would have been nice to know before we drove up. Also, parking might be tricky if more than one large vehicle. It is about a 10 minute walk down the street to the public beach but it is a nice beach and boardwalk or you can drive and park for 20/4hours. We also used the water taxi to go across the harbor to enjoy evening on boardwalk and dinner. Was fun experience and gave us a chance to be on the water. Again, 10 minute walk to meet them but we love being out and walking."

"Great house. AC is great also. My only complaint is there is no direct beach access. You can walk between other houses out to the beach, no sidewalk. And the beach is almost like a saltwater lake. Days 2 and 3 we booked a spot and drove to Henderson State Park Beach, which is type of beach we wanted."

"The condo on Holiday Isle was in the perfect location, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out towards the harbor. We also enjoyed the short walk to the beach and boardwalk. However, the condo could use some TLC. The kitchen had NO drinking glasses, only plastic one, but approximately 15 wine glasses. The kitchen was sparsely stocked for cooking and preparing meals.The carpet entering the guest bedroom was ripped and torn, the rug in the living area was worn and dirty. The toilet in the guest bathroom looked like a toddlers toilet, I have never seen anything like it and last but not least there was a disgustingly dirty and torn doormat at the balcony entrance from the living area. I gave 4 stars for this condo primarily because of the great location and price. It has great potential, just need some TLC."
