"***DO NOT STAY HERE**** I have stayed here multiple times and it has been wonderful.... This past weekend was horrendous. The first room we were put in, housekeeping told me he didn't clean it but the front desk guy argued with me and said it was clean. When I said it wasn't his response was what's your definition of clean!!! There was mold in the shower and towels on the floor gross hair all on the toilet. We did get moved but it wasn't any better mold on the ceiling and in the shower still and the floor hadnt been swept or mopped in who knows how long. He also knew the TV was broken and maintenance told us he had told them to not put a new one in there. The service was by far the worst the front desk GM was a complete jerk and has no business being in customer service, and one of the guys on duty was so high he didn't even know what was going on."

"The picture does not accurately reflect the hotel. The ice machine should be in a closed in room, not in the hall across from our room - we stayed two nights and both nights, someone decided to fill an ice chest between midnight and 2 in the morning. The ceilings looked as if there was mold that had been painted over. There were breakfast sandwiches for breakfast - but no instructions on how long to microwave them. Since I do not purchase these at home, it was a guessing game at how long to heat it."

"We got to Florida a little early and asked about early check in- sent messages and called. No answer until 4 hours later. We got to the condo at our regular time and were given instructions for the "key" in a lockbox. Open the lockbox, no key. The door locks are coded now. Not a huge deal but the instructions were incorrect and we thought we didn't have a key to get in. The code in the message from the owner was one code, then you scroll down and it's a different code. Super confusing and not clear at all. The listing says "walk to the beach steps from the condo." Well that's not accurate anymore. Whoever bought the property has put a fence up behind the entire area. We had to walk 2 blocks for beach access. Again, fine for walking, but this is not what the property claimed we would be getting. The property was fine. Very dated inside, the coach had cushions under the cushions for support since it had clearly seen better days. We got 2 small trash bags for the entire week we were there for a family of 5. We ended up getting our own. We had a great time, just maybe a littl misled by the description and instructions given by the owner."

"Overall nice place but for how much we paid some of these issues should not have happened. Big thing with a toddler was the tub was not draining. The guy came out and said he fixed it but for days after it it did not work. They kept saying it was fixed but again it wasn’t. Fan in living room not working. Queen room was very warm compared to rest of place. Air was blowing and fan working but fyi still very warm. A/C in master bedroom was very loud. Keurig machine worked but had some issues. View of the Harbor very nice and private beach area very nice. Walking distance to closest beach was very nice. Security was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Please get decent toilet paper for what we are paying. Spend the extra 1 for a place like this. 10 minute drive to Harborwalk or you can take water taxi from the nearest beach down the road. The repair person came by Sunday and said he would be coming back the next day to fix the drain in the tub with the snake and he never showed after Sunday. Also when he was there he talked about getting drunk at a concert he was just at and a little bit hungover. Nice guy but let’s be more professional. Living room extremely comfortable with wrap around couch. Outside patio perfect views of Harbor. No beach views though so fyi. Kitchen fully stocked. Plenty of seating to eat. Parking convenient and close to building. 1 elevator for entire building but no issues. Overall nice place but for what we paid some things needed to be better."

"Great view from every room. Having access to the porch from each room was an added bonus we didn’t expect. As a lover of cooking, I had everything I needed. Conveniently located to many stores and restaurants. A great outlet mall is just a few miles away if you like to shop. TIPS: bring your spices/condiments if you plan on cooking. These are consumables and will not be provided for you. Plan for rainy days. Most of the time we were there, it rained/stormed. The beach is beautiful during non rainy days. There’s a lot of traffic. Prepare to walk a lot or be patient. Read the agreement and information in the unit. The rules are clearly outlined. Super helpful! Lastly, I appreciated the high level of communication! I have received multiple communications and updates from day one of booking. We had a great stay and would recommend to others!"
