"The harbor view was so nice. It was great to sit out on the balcony in the morning or evening. The continental breakfast wasn’t that nice. We were fairly satisfied with our accommodations. I was a bit taken aback when we asked for fresh towels for only the second time in a week, and we were told to bring our used towels down to the front desk to exchange them. That didn’t feel accommodating AT ALL It was our only housekeeping ask the entire week. We even took our trash out ourselves and used plastic shopping sacks for our trash. I found that very strange to ask a guest to go traipsing through the hotel with dirty towels. "

"Clean room with great water front views. Check in at 4pm was delayed by an hour. "

"Great location a few minutes to beach. Please offer at least 3 beach chairs and beach towels, the chairs already set up at the beach are not for condo residents which is weird. Add a box of tissues, a shelf for the towels in bathrooms and some basics like salt and pepper and coffee, I left some there with filters. Pool could have been warmer since it was colder outside. Maixtenance man Rick was so friendly and gave us tips on where to eat and see dolphins. The people of Destin our so incredibly nice, will be back soon! "

"Staff was alright…. The guy seemed off maybe he was tired or just didn’t want to be there at all. First room he gives us seemed to already have guest staying in it or at least the beds were messy, TV on, and sheets in the floor. I went back to the front desk and he just gave me another room which had broken door knobs in the bathroom, red stains on the wall and floors (kind of blood looking), and moldy smell coming from the AC unit. "

"Very nice rental property. Short walk to the beach and access to 3 pools was definitely a plus. Kitchen was very new and modern with all the amenities and the house was beautifully decorated. "
