"The rooms were nice and the staff were friendly. However, the housekeeping did not meet our expectations. Our water bottles were rarely replaced, the beds were only lightly made, and the fresh towels were left carelessly on the couch. I left tips to show appreciation before leaving the rooms, but returned feeling disappointed. We also had connecting rooms, and the experience was the same in both.”"

"Writing this review I feel really torn between my gratitude for the great and friendly staff, on one side, and the general offer at the hotel. I felt marketing this hotel as a 4-star was a huge exaggeration (let's say there was far more than one star difference between this hotel and Shangri'la !). Furniture was originating from well into the 1980s, no room service, and dozens of missing small amenities that make a difference between a dormitory and an upper business tier hotel. This particular venue was a solid 2 stars by most European or North American conventions. Having said that, it was clean, staff was courteous, and I had no unpleasant incident. And again, very kind and helpful staff whom I wanted to thank for all their care."

"Nice and clean hotel. Rooms were really nice and had nice coffee making facilities. The food on site was okay but the breakfast was very expensive at €22.50 per day. There did not appear to be any recreational facilities, i.e. no pool or gym, but I may have missed these so it may be worth checking before you book. If you are travelling for business there are very good meeting facilities with provision for coffees and pastries within the meeting room, there is also a restaurant on site for lunch and evening meals. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would stay here again."
