"I didn't enjoy sleeping on the hard plastic wrapped bed. Very sterile and stripped down. I also hated that there was no hot water kettle or coffee maker in the room. It was a pain having to walk to the lobby for hot water. The breakfast was good though "

Breakfast was provided by the neighboring restaurant, and the woman who made omelettes could not have been more un-friendly! In fact, “omelette lady” has now become code between my husband and me for a person who is not nice. Our bed was too bouncy, but the room was spacious. We had a flood from the shower into the bedroom, and the staff told us not to worry about it and that it was “normal.” That struck us as strange, but we figured it was an Italian thing."
