We had a fantastic stay at the Ameron Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort. The room was absolutely beautiful—elegantly designed, comfortable, and with breathtaking views of the Alpsee. The staff went above and beyond, especially Tomy at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Breakfast each morning was a treat—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. Highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting this area.

This hotel is great!! It's rustic and charming with spectacular views. We had a family room and it's the most spacious room we've stayed in Europe. The room had a wonderful view, nice patio and super comfy beds. We came in summer and are looking forward to coming back in winter and bringing our dog. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Hirsch overall and would consider staying there again if we were going to be in the area. The front of the building reminds me of something out of a Wes Anderson film, and the inside is equally cute and comfortable with an updated, yet traditional Bavarian feel. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is finishing a beautiful renovation with pool and spa. Rooms are very nice. A special THANKS to Sabena (sorry about spelling) who was on the desk in the evening. She went above and beyond helping us. And also a shout out to the gang in the breakfast room. Great breakfast and they were very nice and service was very good!!! Also the Konig Card was fabulous and a unexpected treat. We will be back!!!

Fantastic hotel! Lakeside does not mean lake view and the light in the bathroom is not adequate for applying makeup, but the service is great and there are lots of great things to do in the area. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. The pools and sauna area were lovely and the bathrobes and pool bag were a nice touch. The Haldensee is an easy walk from the hotel. On the high end for cost, but a nice vacation retreat for friends and families.
