The rooms are comfy and clean, the staff welcoming, friendly and very professional. Breakfast is amazing with so much choice and it is frequently topped up so very fresh. If I could change one thing it would be the pillows as I find them not very good. "

"We had an amazing room with our own sauna, the room / apartment was spacious with lots of lounge space, couches and storage. We were on the top floor with amazing views overlooking the city lights and streets below, along with the alps/mountains across the horizon. The staff were very accommodating and while they didn’t speak much English they made every effort to attend to us. It gave us a good opportunity to practice using our translator apps."
