"First off, walked into our room and was greeted by an amazing view of the Alps which was even visible from the shower! The property was amazing, the restaurants superb and the staff were exceptional. My wife took full advantage of the Spa and heated pool while I was partial to the Skybar. The only thing we missed was air conditioning or maybe a ceiling fan but we were able to keep the balcony door cracked at night to get cool air. Overall its a minor complaint compared to all the positives this...

"This is a beautiful spa resort. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Lovely restaurant and bar, lovely pool and spa area, free use of bicycles, and great location near Fussen, Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves and we would definitely return."

"Fantastic hotel! Lakeside does not mean lake view and the light in the bathroom is not adequate for applying makeup, but the service is great and there are lots of great things to do in the area. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. The pools and sauna area were lovely and the bathrobes and pool bag were a nice touch. The Haldensee is an easy walk from the hotel. On the high end for cost, but a nice vacation retreat for friends and families. "

"Very friendly staff that went above and beyond. Michael at reception was very kind in helping us find a lost item. Breakfast was excellent, and the in room coffee was real coffee and not instant. Great tea as well in the breakfast area. The pool was nice with various bubble features. Very comfortable beds, and nice views out on the room patio.
