"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico. The property is stunning, with beautiful views, well maintained grounds, and a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The staff was exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The pools, beach access, and amenities made it easy to relax and fully enjoy our time there. "Our room was in the best location down by the marina, right by the waterpark. It was a waterfront corner room with a double patio. All the food was great. We ate at several property restaurants, all great. Palomino island was fabulous and they mixed the best tropical drinks. The water was beautiful and enough lounge chairs and umbrellas for all guests. The entire resort was amazing"

"Just a classic resort. La Casita gives a family a wonderful apartment to enjoy it from. Every morning a shuttle (golf cart or van) will take you and your family to the resort where you walk through the beautiful lobby, then onto a funicular and then to a ferry ride to Palomino Island. That may seem like a bit of work but it’s totally worth it. Palomino is fabulous. Its restaurant and staff are also top notch. Or if you want to not move so much the pools are beautiful and close by. "We wish we had stayed here for our entire trip. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Refrigerator in room was a bonus. Shower and bathroom were also nice and clean. Staff were helpful and courteous. If we come back to Puerto Rico we would definitely consider staying here and enjoying more of the property. "

"The beach is a 3 minute walk. The suite is compact with a nice outdoor seating area. Everything worked fine, we cooked 1-2 meals per day and had the other meal at local restaurants. We enjoyed the local cats visiting as well as the rooster alarm clocks!
The host had terrific communication with us. Our flight was delayed until very late at night. We had no problems with the lockbox and keys. Many thanks!"
