Safe wasn’t working in the room so had to put our important stuff on the reception We booked double bed and the room had smell of cigarette and even towels had smell of cigarette, i asked them to change the room next day which they did but the next room was actually two single beds attached together so bed from the middle was uncomfortable. 4* hotel didn't...

"I was offered a nice room with a sea view immediately upon arrival. Everything seemed to work. Room cleaning was okay, but I think they did not use vacuum cleaning often or left some areas dusted. Once I was almost denied pool access at 10:00 pm, although the reception said they close at 10:30. Breakfast was very modest and same everyday. "
