Zimmer sauber mit kleinen Staubecken, Bett wahr sehr gemütlich, Wellnessenbereich sehr schön, Solebecken für mich leider zu kalt ( aber das ist ja Geschmacksache), Frühstücksbüffet wahr sehr gut, Abendessen mag ich lieber a la carte, es gab aber auch dort genug Auswahl um satt zu werden. "Blick vom Zimmer auf den See war wunderbar, auch vom Speisesaal aus. Die Warener Altstadt ist bezaubernd. Man findet außergewöhnliche, liebevoll eingerichtete Restaurants und Café's.Die Verköstigung im Hotel war für jeden Geschmack interessant und mit Freude am Gast präsentiert. "

Staff often tried, but were a bit unprofessional/not well trained and not very kind especially at the buffett. Simple things like a bottle of water at the kids table seemed too much. Plastic silver wear for kids were almost all broken. Dinner times fpr adults are with 19:30 just extremely late. When you are with kids you are pretty much forced to eat the kids dinner time eating nudels,...
