"We were initially concerned about the parking situation and the staff wasn’t very helpful but there was an immediate shift change and the new staff was extremely helpful. Once we found the deck and figured out how to pay, parking was good for a major city. Location was great for us!"

Hotel is centrally located in downtown Reykjavik close to everything. The hotel staff was hit or miss. Some reception agents were lovely others were cool and less helpful. "

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. But the standout was the breakfast buffet—honestly one of the best I’ve had at any hotel. Great variety, fresh options, and everything was delicious. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"We loved the Berjaya Natura. Close to Perlan and the geothermal beach, very good dinner and breakfast option, maybe lacking variety, but then it was enough to keep us very very well fed for dinner and breakfast. Staff are generally lovely and go out of their way to help. Be aware the children are not really allowed in the pool area which is one of the reason to choose the hotel. They are allowed over lunchtime, which is generally when you'll be out"

It was my intention to visit the crater as soon as it opened in the morning, but I got a little impatient and couldn’t wait (it didn’t open until 10 am). "It was a nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Close to busstop 15 and easy for our excursions. Breakfast could be better. Rooms sometimes tend to get hot at night but they do provide a fan if you need one. All in all I would definitely recommend."
