"The staff were friendly and helpful—thank you for upgrading our accommodation to a suite. However, the suite only had one bed, which could comfortably fit two adults or one adult and one child, making it unsuitable for our needs. Additionally, the room lacked the facilities typically expected in a suite, which was disappointing."

"Great little place for a short stay. Really rundown in the facilities in house, tv didn’t work. Missed the state of origin game😔dryer had filter fall out every time u opened the door, But staff esp the porters are great. Views are incredible . The parties in neighbouring resorts are loud and long . More soundproofing needed for those with kids or ppl who like to sleep. But I enjoyed the vibe and some of the staff made the place memorable. "

"Stunning magical place to celebrate my partners 40th birthday! Snorkelling off the beach, crystal Clearwater! We loved our stay here and the staff had a massive part in this, could not do enough for you and so friendly. Food is amazing too, bbq buffet was my favourite but over all it’s all good. Had a beach front bungalow which was a good size and perfect spot. Sunsets cocktails unreal! Recommend doing the meal plan as it’s not cheap, shame there was no drinks package as we would have done...

"The front desk staff are lovely and very helpful. The room was specious and clean. However could improve with adding some water bottles to the fridge for newly arrived guests. There are not many food options around other than the supermarket on the grand floor so have dinner to bring take away food with you if you are not planning to travel to a restaurant to get a bite to eat."
