"Very friendly and helpful staff, small but nice pool area, I got my room at noon when arrived, but that will probably vary. Short walk to the beach, but its on relative steep gravel path. The hotel is 10-15 min walk from old town, and the walk is through a quiet residential neighborhood. This also means its quiet at night. Room was clean and practical, and had seating area at balcony . Breakfast is simple but decent, and outdoor breakfast area was as extra plus in my book. If i i would go to...
"We had an amazing stay at Hotel Podstine during our honeymoon and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The included breakfast was one of the highlights. There was a great selection, including some really unique and interesting options that went well beyond the typical hotel breakfast. The restaurant on site was also excellent, which made it really convenient to have a great meal without having to go anywhere.

"The hotel is in a beautiful location, but quite far away from the main ferry ports of Stari Grad and Hvar. It's useful to have a car if you want to explore the island. The hotel amenities like tennis courts and water sports are contracted out, and we felt the hire prices were a bit steep. It's a shame because the hotel should have negotiated prices for guests. We are vegetarian, and found the veggie choices were mediocre. Breakfast was the best meal of the day in terms of variety and choices....

It would have been helpful to receive more information on arrival about the hotel facilities, what was included in our all-inclusive package, and any additional costs. We often felt that we had to find this information out for ourselves, and unfortunately, not all of the reception staff were as helpful...
