"Front desk is very professional, and the rooms are nice and spacious with clean sheets. However you can tell the hotel is extremely in need of maintenance, and housekeeping is stretched so thin that they are barely hanging in there - doing the minimum to keep the place running. Ultimately this hotel has had much better days, was probably a top luxury hotel once upon a time, but unfortunately, is being run into the ground."
"I guess this place uses central heating/cooling - as in every room is set to the same temperature. Thats new to me and I didn’t observe that at any other hotel in Bulgaria. Unfortunately that meant extremely hot suffocating room in dead of summer heat. Took a while the staff to admit that the AC doesn’t work, which was frustrating. However the rooms looked freshly remodeled and they were very clean. Will try them again sometime, hopefully they fix their AC issues!"
"For such a nice hotel, it was missing basic room items such as a coffee or tea kettle, no clothing iron and room was not sufficiently cool enough. To help conserve electricity there were sensors that would turn on hallway and stair lights, a little creepy if single female walking alone day or night. I really appreciate friendly service (smile) and felt a little lacking from front desk. Yes I’m an American that only speaks English but still a respectful paying customer that tips for service....
"Δεν είχε wifi στο δωμάτιο και δεν φτιάχτηκε ποτέ το σήμα . Στις διαμαρτυρίες μας υπήρχε δυσθυμία για την επιδιόρθωση. Το προσωπικό δεν μιλούσε καλά αγγλικά κι έτσι ήταν δύσκολη η επικοινωνία και δεν μπορούσε να μας ενημερώσει για τα αξιοθέατα της περιοχής. Μας ζήτησαν χρήματα για το πάρκινγκ ενώ ζητήσαμε δωρεάν παρκινγκ στο hotel.com.Διανυκτέρευε ένα μπαρ που δεν είχε τίποτα φαγώσιμο κι έτσι την Ανάσταση μείναμε νηστικοί. Επέτρεπαν στα μωρά να τρέχουν και να τσιρίζουν στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους...
"Vor dem Hotel wird man gleich mit einem üblen Gestank aus der Kanalisation begrüßt. Danach fängt das Theater mit der Parkplatzzuweisung an. An der Rezeption erhält man einen Schlüssel für den Parkplatz. Vor den Parkplätzen hängen Ketten, die mit einem Schloss gesichert sind. Ich musste drei Mal zurück an die Rezeption, da der erste zugewiesene Parkplatz belegt war. Bei dem zweiten passte der Schlüssel nicht zum Schloss. Beim dritten war die Kette durchgerissen und es parkte wieder ein anderes...
