"Breakfast was the standard complimentary. The room wasn't cleaned upon check-in, resulting in me being moved to 3 different rooms within 24 hours. Furniture and carpet were outdated, rooms had a murky odor, curtains were ripped and the stop and go mart within the lobby was overly priced! "It was fine for the most part. The room had a sofa bed and was booked specifically for it. They did not provide extra blankets for the sofabed. Usually, there's some in the closet. When we'd asked, they did not have any extra blankets, so we ended up sharing the bed which was a bit awkward. Weird that the sofa bed is for additional guests, but no linens (pillows, blankets, sheets etc) were available."

"The elevator from the parking garage to lobby was broken, rooms were a bit dirty. No on answers at the front desk. Expedia says this was 4+ stars, however ta rated under 4 stars on the own Hilton website. I think it's more of a management issue than individual workers."
