"Hotel is the best location for families. There was an outdoor park down the street. There is a grocery store, Daiso, Mcds, bakery, Starbucks, Family Mart, etc…. All less than a minute walk and you can get to without leaving the building. The hotel is quiet, safe, clean, and the staff were always helpful. "I had a great stay at this property. The room was quite spacious compared to the typically smaller hotel rooms in Japan, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the train station, with a 7-Eleven conveniently located around the corner. I’ve stayed at another Smile Hotel property before, and this one is definitely a big improvement. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience."

"The buffet was amazing! Some traditional food some western food. Donuts, smoothies and ice cream! Coffee and lattes and the hotel was extremely clean and safe! You can walk to Universal and it is really close to the metro! We loved our stay here! Oh and an added bonus they had hot dogs and ice cream at night for free! Make sure to pay for the morning buffet though well well well worth it!"
