The room was spotless & had all of the toiletries we'd need for our week. Plus they offered more at the front desk for free. We paid extra for the breakfast and I'm glad we did, some days we only had time to stop by and grab some juice and a pastry. The room was spacious and the bed was as well. The spa was the best part! Overall for the price & area because everything was close enough to walk or get on the subway/train we enjoyed our stay!

Amazing hotel!!! We stayed four nights and it was the best hotel of our trip to Japan! The location and all the amenities were fantastic : the incredible breakfast, the happy hour with free wine, drinks and food. It really feels like a luxurious hotel. The only con is the size of the room but it shouldn't stop you from choosing this hotel. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very beautiful. I would go back without thinking.

The hotel was great big rooms for Japan. It was close to transport which made it easy to get around. The lobby area offered free snacks and happy hour daily which was great for relaxing before heading out to dinner.

Very nice facilities, clean and spacious room. There were laundry machines in the building which it was very convenient. It is super well located and very close to Osaka station. The bathroom in the top floor was really nice a hot tub big and showers .. it was good quality price ratio. I would recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel! Snacks and coffee really good too!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The intergate Osaka Umeda has really good rooms with a kettle and fridge but it is hard to get coffee to make your own in the room. They do have a good guest lounge with free coffee available (among other things) much of the day but have a strange policy that because of this coffee (bags) are only available after 8PM. But you have to beg! Other than this, the hotel is well located, very close to Osaka station (not The Bullettrain station though) and heaps of bar/restaurant precincts close by.
