"It was a beautiful surprise, the hotel is very quiet, modern, well designed, everything is well think for having the best experience. After 2 weeks in Switzerland, everyday in restaurants, our best food experience was at the restaurant in the hotel. I just mentioned directly to the chef, a very nice person doing food with passion and love, you will taste it! I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant. I am from Canada, Quebec and I will definitely return to this place."

"The view of the lake from our room was amazing. We were on the 5th floor. The hotel staff was friendly (Marco at check-in was great), and the room was extremely clean! Lovely amenities with a hand written note from manager. Short walk into town, breakfast was pleasant on terrace, private parking available for 19CHF/night. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in the near future!"

"Very nice hotel, excellently maintained, directly across the street from Lake Lugano and the Paradiso boat ferry stop. Not in the town center of Lugano but a short 1 KM walk from the center which we appreciated. Close to everything but a little removed and hence quieter"
