"I booked, and paid for a suite at the Amstelski through Expedia. When I arrived, I was told they had no rooms left, and that they had put me into a standard room at a hotel next door. Whilst the room was adequate, I hate small rooms, and the room I stayed in was half the price of what I booked. Expedia have refused to refund the difference. After several hundred stays through Expedia, the 4th at this property, there won't be any more with either. "

"Terrible. The hotel wasn't confirmed our reservation which we made, we were left without a place where to state. Nobody in the hotel wasn't able to help us or suggest an alternative option. We were with a child. The website Hotels.com wasn't able to resolve this issue. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and website, anybody!"

"The hotel is almost impossible to find, and Google Maps won’t get you there. You can see it on the hill, but you can’t figurr out how to get to it. It’s off a narrow gravel road that looks almost like a walking path. Lots of construction nearby. Once you find it, the hotel is beautiful. The food was excellent. The spa is small but nicely-appointed. I was disappointed that the pool/jacuzzi area was inside with the saunas, because there were so many kids in the pool and jacuzzi that it was too...

"Proximity to the ski lifts is this hotel’s benefit. Other than that it is rather mediocre and overpriced property exploiting their location. Breakfast is scarse, staff is nice but poorly trained. Will stay there again if there are no other decent options."
