However, we have not received any response. This was very disappointing, as we had been looking forward to our visit. While we understand that unexpected situations can occur, the way customers are treated afterwards makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this experience has left us feeling reluctant to stay with your hotel again unless the situation is properly addressed."
