"Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s super convenient to have all the facilities under the same roof. Ski hire, lockers, swimming pool, restaurant, pool table, bar and even the ski lift is Less than a minute walk away. Indoor and outdoor pool is pretty special, the only thing missing is a jacuzzi. This was due to the virus as told by staff, but that was not mentioned in advertissement. In fact you continued to advertise all as if it was available. Not at all what i expected and paid for.
