"There are no pictures on any website about the garden wing. It is a concrete block that looks awful from the outside - this is where the standard rooms are so not in the main hotel. Complete misrepresentation/advertising. Our room however was exactly like the photo so it’s just the outside that is awful. Food was nice in the evening - you get a £29 allowance for dinner, so you can get a main and dessert. There was a wedding party on the Saturday night so getting a drink at the bar was hard...
"Staff was helpful. Location is good. Lots on on-site parking. Beds and pillows and not comfortable.
Had to move rooms due to a major leak from the room above. Little to no compensation for the trouble. Lots of noise from hallways.
Nice bar and decent restaurant Greggs right next door. Rooms need to be updated. Parts of bathrooms are falling apart.
Pull outs beds are not comfortable."
"Comfortable beds.....pillows could have been better though.. liked the extras we had in mini fridge..and replenished if you asked. A bit noisy in corridor late at night....midnight...doors banging!!!.. breakfast good...plenty of choices"

Staff for the first night/morning were lovely but the lady who was working on the Friday morning really set the tone for the day :( hope she is ok as she was not at all friendly or accommodating"

"Lovely old coaching inn and nice rooms too. It was lovely sat out in the forecourt having a drink undercover.
My evening meal in pub was very nice , bit expensive and limited menu but tasted great.
Breakfast was lovely and the Manager who was very friendly and I believe from Australia -and her assistant -were very helpful even allowing me to have it early as I had a show to get too. This was above and beyond and means I will definitely come back, Thank you"
"The location for touring the Cotswolds was ideal. The food in the pub was excellent and plentiful, especially the breakfast. The room was charming and very comfortable. I can’t say enough good about the staff. I would definitely stay there again."
