Perfect stop for our purpose. Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel was very stuffy and warm.... Luckily had a fan in the room but rather uncomfortable.

This hotel only let's itself down in one area, that is that it is a village branded hotel, that is still trying to be a De Vere hotel! Relax guys, your doing great!

Although there was staff on hand to help, the check in system where you make your own keycard and do it all yourself is a little odd. Hotel would have been very nice when built, but many areas need some fresh paint or an uplift now. Bed was OK, although no mini fridge or bottled water in the room, which is always a downside for me. Breakfast was so-so. Didnt use what appears to be a wide range ofother facilities though as I was only there overnight for work.

Friendly helpful staff, we booked a club room so we’d get inclusive use of the pool as gym. The room was huge, nicely decorated and has everything we needed. The pool facilities were nice and clean

Overall, great stay at The Village. Great location, helpful staff, and there are a lot of amenities at the property. Also, its close to a lot of restaurants and a supermarket. The only thing I would say, this property needs a bit oF TLC, starting to show its age.
