After a 3 hr journey I waited for approx 10mins at 'Reception' (a computer at the bar!) just wanting to find out where the hotel car-park was while a staff member had a long, long, discussion on the phone about a booking and my friend had pulled in to a lay-by outside. Only 2 staff members on duty, the other staff member was new & had no idea about the car park. Extremely frustrating after a long drive and the staff member just ignored me.
