"Pros: Lovely friendly staff - very helpful. Amazing location - 100% recommend Overall hotel - very clean Cons: We had a room with a double bed and sofa bed. I wouldn’t recommend booking room with sofa bed as this was extremely uncomfortable even after we changed rooms. Our sink was blocked which caused an unpleasant smell. "

"The check-in was quick and easy. The room was lovely and big and had a lovely view looking out over Birmingham. The extras ordered were loved by my wife as they were a surprise for her. The bathroom had a bit of damage but it did not matter ie damage to bottom of bathroom door, a tiny bit of paint peeling off the wall. The room was very clean. Shower temperature could have been hotter than it was."

"Wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza. Everything was perfect. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was 10/10. The best thing about the experience was the staff. A big thank you to everyone for making us feel so welcome (especially Finn and Hans at Reception). Service at breakfast was exceptional. Can't wait to return! "

"The room was very spacious and nice, clean nice view, had all the things that were needed, bathroom was okay, a little small but not too small, the shower water gets onto the floor and can soak the floor so be careful with that. But overall it’s great."
