"I stayed here with my family for 2 nights and really enjoyed all the amenities and the breakfast! Staff were all really nice, especially Esther at the front desk who helped answer my questions about Sun moon lake activities and helped us plan out our schedule! We will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Taiwan !"

"Great location with beautiful lake view."

"The staff is very helpful and breakfast and dinner has plenty of food and good selection for everyone. The property is beautiful but it is showing it’s age and hope they find someone who can restore is properly."

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to arrange an earlier breakfast time to accommodate our schedule, and they helped make restaurant reservations for us. Overall, they went above and beyond our expectations. The rooms were small but beautiful and clean. The breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The lounge on the top floor was also nice as there were snacks, drinks, beer, and ice cream in the evenings. The hotel is located in a quieter section...

"staff are good and nice. Food and room was not good enough at this rate. Customers raised noise in this resort after 10 PM. Need to call front desk twice to get a quiet place. Over all, not recommended. "
