"We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous property. From the moment we arrived they took care of everything. Our luggage taken to our room, our car parked in the underground garage and a welcome drink. The Spa was fantastic, well kept and quiet. We did not get a chance to try dinner but breakfast in the morning had anything and everything you could want. Waking up and watching the Sunrise in the Dolomites truly is a magical experience! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone...

"The property is so incredible we extended after being onsite about an hour. Spa facilities, food, rooms, customer service, presentation and attention to detail was exemplary. We elected for half board and it was incredible and great value. Cannot wait to return. "

"Hotel and facilities were amazing! Food was delicious. Views are stunning. However, it was a very hot weekend and the air conditioning wasn’t turned on and we had a terrible sleep. The hotel staff explained the problem the next day - very apologetic and understanding. But the night staff were dismissive and unhelpful and left a very bad taste in the mouth given the price we paid. "

"The Rosapetra Spa was very lovely and had the most amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The staff was nice on arrival. The room was beautiful but lacked the 5 star luxury I was hoping for. The Spa was quite beautiful and had various saunas but the most beautiful sauna was off limits and we were scolded by the spa staff when we used it but not one staff member said it was closed. It was annoying but I have to say the spolier was the American couple who made a scene in the spa was they saw...

"Staff muito atencioso e cordial, principalmente a Sonia no front desk e Maximo que nos serviu no café da manhã. Quanto super confortável para tres pessoas, com dois banheiros e divisoria entre os ambientes. Spa com piscina magnifica. Localização excelente e vista muito bonita. Escolha os quartos de trás com vista para as montanhas, apesar da frente também ter um Boa Vista.Restaurante e bistro, ambos excelentes pratos e seviços. Amamos nos hospedar lá."
