Beautiful location. A little busy though. There were two weddings and a huge baby shower the weekend we were there. We had a ground level suite with a patio and we felt like we were in a fishbowl because the events were right off of our patio. Most of the staff were phenomenal and exceptionally good at their jobs. A few of the staff were a little clueless and contradicted their exceptional colleagues. The food was really exceptional. Perhaps the best resort food I have ever experienced.

I have to say, we stayed in the Villas our first time around with our dearest friends and then had the pleasure of staying in the Bungalow with a stunning view of ocean on the 2nd visit, a few days ago to celebrate our 18th anniversary. It was outstanding, your staff went above and beyond to make our one and only night, a night to remember. They helped us celebrate with such class, care, and exceeding our expectations at every turn. It was very much appreciated and so special. Your resort feels...

Five stars and the best facility in the Laguna area by far. Makes all the other hotels i.e. Montage, Ritz Carlton and Pelican seem like relics from 2000. The service has now caught its stride and its almost nearly as perfect as the Four Seasons Wailea or the Mayfair on Stratton in London.

Our family had a truly wonderful time at Terranea—a resort that effortlessly blends breathtaking beauty with warm, attentive service. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and welcomed, thanks in large part to the exceptional team led by Ms. Rachel Famighetti.
Rachel is one of those rare individuals who instantly puts you at ease. She’s intelligent, gracious, and incredibly affable, and she leads with a spirit of genuine hospitality that radiates throughout the entire staff. It’s clear...
