"Stunning hotel with beautiful views of Lake Como. The room was spotless and looked as if we were the first guests in it because it was so clean. The highest end fixtures and finishings I’ve ever seen in any hotel. The breakfast was nothing less than 5 Star. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the best in Como. "The hotel is well situated, an apt hotel which are well equipped, clean and has all the amenities that one needs. The reason for the low rating is due mainly to a mix up in the reservations that we have and how it was handled. We reserved two bedrooms apt, got only one, and also by mistake they overcharge me, and it took me two months and many phone calls and emails to get my money back. Also, we were there during the heat wave and their AC doesn't work that great and it does not go below 22...
